Established in 1981, we have been serving the community by providing the finest in martial arts / Karate instruction and character development. Our amazing kids classes not only teach self-defense but also give kids the tools they need for success in life.
We offer a Lil Dragons program for 3-5 years old that teaches foundational martial arts to strengthen each of the developmental areas necessary for early childhood education. We also have a 6-12 year old martial arts program and teen + adult martial arts program. All of our classes are split up by age and experience.
Our Kickboxing classes will guarantee to flatten your stomach, tone your arms, melt fat, and have the time of your life. Plus, hitting a heavy bag will relieve all the stress from the day. Our high-energy classes will keep you motivated and excited to come back again and again!
So if you live in the following towns, our classes are close enough for you: Coventry, Cranston, East Greenwich, West Warwick, Warwick, etc.
